 Rannvijay was born in April 1977 in a village in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh. Bachpan lived amidst the immortals of the village and the lush fields. He has vast experience in the areas of railway operations, traffic planning, infrastructure projects, construction, research etc. He is currently serving as Director at RDSO Lucknow.
